How To Take Care Of YOURSELF During The Postpartum Period

1. Do sleep when your baby sleeps.

2. Do consume adequate fluids, it's an important part of good nutrition and may also prevent constipation.

3. Do nurture yourself ↠ how about a manicure, one of those quick 20 minute foot massages, or a body massage [check with your Physician first] to soothe your bodily aches thus promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

4. Do not be shy to ask for help around the house. Try not to feel guilty asking for personal time.

5. Be kind to yourself.
